May 6, 2011  5 - 8 pm  First Friday Art Walk  at my studio (145 Newbury St. Portland Maine). Much of the show will remain up, at least through May. I'm known as a dance photographer, and, indeed, that's a passion of mine.   But for this show I'm bringing out other work -- Scenic images, streetscapes, and signage from Monhegan, Cape May, Holland, Scandinavia, and other places. Look for an eclectic and colorful mix. I'll still have many of my classic dance images hanging, as well as copies of my book, Dance!, for sale.

April 19, 2009  2 - 5 pm  I've moved my office/studio -- just one floor down in the same building, but that exercise has led me to uncover many framed prints that I'm prepared to sell at bargain prices, along with some artists proofs (unframed), posters, dance cards, fish cards, and other items. I'll also have an exhibit of my "Dancing with Horses" series (not fancy riding, but dancers and horses both on foot), a series of images of Vincent Sekwati Koko Mantsoe (one of the best known dancers from South Africa, and an amazing inspiration), and some of the dance images for which I'm best known. Finally, my book, Dance!, that is usually $24 (plus postage, if you order from Lulu.com) will be on sale for $20. I look forward to sharing this work with friends, and with friends of friends. Please tell anybody who might be interested.  If you can't make it to this event, I'll be glad to have you come by before or after.
